Registration Info 2012

The Registration Fee for 2012 is $190.00.

The $190.00 covers your BC Athletics membership, CVACs membership, as well as registration fees for five track meets that are part of the Vancouver Island Series (VIAA) and which are 'Sticker' Track Meets plus 2 events at the Dogwood Track Meet (they give medals at this meet). It also covers coaching clinics, track rental, rental insurance, etc. Capping Membership at 100 members. Priority given to former members and their siblings if they register before Feb 22nd.

Pre-registration is open January 1st, 2012

2003 is the youngest age group.

FEB 22nd: - In-Person Registration and AGM Meeting
6:00 – 8:00 pm at Island Savings Centre.

NEW: Birth Certificates Required (photo copy).

2. 2012 BC Athletics Form (print and mail) - Only certain areas need to be filled out. **See SAMPLE** .  (just mail page #1)
   ** 2 signatures - one from parent and one from athlete. We use the BC Athletics Membership form because we are a club under their umbrella and operate under their guidelines. Competitive Athletes can fill out more areas. You know who you are.

Criminal Record Check FORM

Letter for RCMP
Criminal Recort Check - BC Athletics (our governing body) requires that all volunteer coaches have a criminal record check done. If you have graciously volunteered to be a coach this year, please take the attached letter to the local RCMP to have your check done.
